Staci Brinkman founded Sips by to make tea fun, personalized, and affordable. With hundreds of thousands of tea-drinking Members and millions of personalized tea matches made, she has done just that! In 2020, Forbes covered Staci’s founder story in an article entitled “How 1 Woman is making tea the #1 drink in the US”. As a child, Staci collected miniature tea sets and would convince her sisters to play “business” with her, inspired by her entrepreneur dad. Staci has consulted for national and global startups to launch software products and services from conceptualization to market, develop their go-to-market strategy to achieve optimal growth, and grown international teams and programs. Previously, Staci led strategic product marketing and business development for a large enterprise eCommerce solutions group. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University, Cox School of Business. Her favorite tea is all of them.
