Katherine is a Certified Tea Professional and Sommelier (WTA) who has lived, worked, and traveled extensively across Europe and Asia, experiencing and learning about tea ceremonies, production methods, and culture first hand. She holds an MBA from Cass Business School in London and has spent over a decade as a customer insight and strategy consultant working with some of the world’s best retailers and brands. She is a founding partner of Churchill’s Fine Teas, an award-winning tea retailer, and wholesaler specializing in loose leaf tea.
