Also known as “The Kombucha Doctor” Josh has been at the forefront of the kombucha industry for nearly a decade. Manufacturing & selling over a million gallons of kombucha in the Southern California region, Josh continues to nurture this emerging “symbiotic culture” in both retail & wholesale markets. Brewing their first batch in 2011, experimenting with a variety of loose-leaf teas & herbs, Living Tea decided to combine the art of tea crafting within the craft kombucha movement. Mimicking the ever-present craft beer model, living tea decided to exclusively keg their craft kombucha and offer it on tap at local businesses where the consumer could fill & refill their own personal growlers. The rest is history & today Living Tea brews 11+ different blends of teas & herbs to create endless possibilities of their locally famous kombucha. This year they have started transitioning into canning & nationwide distribution while keeping the integrity of their hand-made, small-batch, non-alcoholic kombucha!
