Want to learn a little more about the second most popular beverage in the world?  This class is designed to give you a good overview of the world of tea.  Learn about the different types of tea-black, oolong, green, white, yellow, and puerh.  Discover where it is grown and the process it takes from the field to your cup.  Learn about proper brewing techniques for each type of tea and how tea can be more than just a beverage but can become a profitable business too. 
By the end of this session, you will be able to:
  1. Identify a tea plant and discover where tea grows
  2. Identify the different types of tea 
  3. Learn how tea is processed and proper steeping practices
