Looking for a high-profit tea item? Boba, Bubble, and Milk tea shops have ceased the attention and disposable incomes of a younger tea drinker.   The goal isn’t a narrow study of a few beverages crafted in a specific way. Rather, participates will be immersed in a broader dialogue tasting and understanding flavor creation and COGS behind these sensational drinks. This multifaceted session will:
Ø Explore current fads in the fast-moving “ Trendy Teas” category
Ø Compare several identical flavored beverages made with completely different ingredients
Ø Walk through creating these cool beverages
Ø Taste the trend with samples of each beverage discussed
Ø Look at supply chain options and challenges
